Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

By using Project One, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

What Project One is

Project One is a guidance platform for Bihar NEET / UGMAC counselling — college predictor, document converter, form practice, and result tracking. It is an informational tool, not an official counselling authority.

No guarantees

• Predictions and probabilities are estimates based on past data — they are not promises of admission.
• Always verify cutoffs, dates, and rules against official sources (NTA, BCECEB) before making decisions.

Your account

• You sign in with your own Google account. Keep it secure — you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate profile details so guidance stays relevant to you.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts or misrepresent your identity.

Acceptable use

• Use the platform for lawful, personal counselling guidance only.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it aggressively, or misuse other users' data.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Your data

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We never ask for your exam-portal passwords or identity documents.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
